How will I receive the accommodation key and details?

After booking your accommodation on our platform, you will receive a call from the owner of the accommodation. You will also receive an email and a confirmation message with the owner's phone number so that they can guide you to your destination. You will also have access to GPS on this homepage to guide you.

How do refunds work if necessary?

Don't worry, as long as we don't receive confirmation from you (that you have had access to the accommodation), the owner will not be paid. In case of problems, contact us immediately by phone number (whatsapp +224 624 05 94 84) or by email (hello@saabi.com)

What payment methods do you accept?

Are the accommodations equipped?
